Hey Scarlet -

month 2.. man that was rough. It was definitely hard.. and I am pretty sure I hated every minute of it. Had I not had a partner and felt obligated to workout... I would have easily quit.. and gone back to P90X.

Funny about P90X.. I, myself, even thought.. eh.. something else will come along that is just as good.. yet.. P90X.. is what I seem to always fall back on.. it's a great program. simple and effective.

I think workouts from Insanity and P90X+ can be incorporated quite nicely into the regular P90X workout.. replacing items such as Plyo, Kenpo, etc..

Hang in there.. and thanks for following along :)

Your insanity updates really keep me motivated. Its also nice to hear when someone else has trouble with month 2 and isn't really feeling it.

I never thought I'd miss weights from P90X, but man do I!

Thanks again for your posts. I look forward to watching you do Round 4 of the X!

Bring it!

aye. I'll definitely keep you updated. I still plan to do my postings here for P90X as well. I definitely think P90X will breeze (compared to Insanity), and mixing the two I think will definitely (get|keep) me in the shape I want.

Hey Critz P90x is going to be alot easier now you have mentally challenged yourself with Insanity, you now know your body alot better and weights will add that variation you need. Keep us updated on your progress buddy.
