Off Topic: Use Suncreen

My workout schedule has really been thrown out of whack this week. I might just have to repeat it next week. I knew the first couple of days would be off, but I didn’t realize how much my minor nose surgery would throw me for a loop.
Anyway… watch the video and use sunscreen, people!

You know..I can almost picture you with hair! And chops. Stay on top of it man. I hope you’ve seen the last of it. I was a North Carolina beach baby. It was time to come home when the kids turned red. I’ve avoided skin cancer by simply not going to the doctor. Health through ignorance. But I heed the warnings and slather my paleness and the children with SPF 1000. It frustrates me when my macho teenagers go without sunscreen. I may show your video to our scout troop or at least my children. Thanks for sharing!
