Insanity: Week 6 / Day 1

Today’s fit test & workout was unbelievably exhausting. Here I thought my body was getting used to the workouts, and while they were difficult.. they were manageable. Today’s workout proved that wrong. The second month looks to be torture if today was any indication.
Already exhausted from the fit test… the actual workout left me crawling on the floor in pools of sweat several times. It was rough.
