Our Insane Insanity Schedule!

This is our schedule for BeachBody’s Insanity. We are scheduled to start Monday, August 3rd, 2009 and finish Sunday, October 4th, 2009.
We are both extremely excited (and a little bit nervous) about starting… but definitely looking forward to it.

Hello,
I started yesterday with this program.
I have all the DVD’s but what dvd’s do you follow on CARDIO CIRCUIT, as there is no DVD labelled like that?? All the days are good for me except this one.

I think it’s just a mislabeling.. It’s Cardio Plyo Circuit, IIRC…
